Commodity History

This report shows commodities starting and ending balances, fed, adjusted, received, and shipped (in lbs) each day for a given date range. Fed, adjusted, received, and shipped each are displayed in totals for the given day.

NOTE: The sum of the “Used” (on Commodity History) should match the sum of “LbsUsed” (on Commodity Billing).

Button Location in Feedlot Manager App:

Commodities > Reports > Commodity History

Filters:

StartDate, EndDate

Column Information:

• Commodity: Commodity used as part of ration.
• StartingBalance: Starting inventory for the day in lbs. 
• EndingBalance: Ending inventory for the day in lbs. 
• Adjusted: Sum of manual adjustments for the day in lbs. 
• Used: Sum of the amounts used (loaded or manual feed entries) for the day in lbs. 
• Received: Sum of inbound scale ticket net amounts for the day in lbs. 
• Shipped: Sum of outbound scale ticket net amounts for the day in lbs. 
• AdjustmentNotes: Comments saved by the user when creating a manual adjustment. 
• Status:
• Active: current active commodities
• Inactive: current inactive commodities, these are included in the reports as some feedlots had a current inactive commodity associated with past inventory records.
