Driver Delivery Variance Report

This report provides information on rations delivered to pens by each driver, designed to evaluate the performance of feed truck drivers in meeting scheduled delivery amounts. It captures key metrics such as Scheduled Amount, Delivered Amount, Difference, and Variance for each driver delivering rations to pens over a specified date range. Each row of the report represents data for a specific Date, Ration, Pen, and Driver, summarizing the total Scheduled Amount, Delivered Amount, and the Variance between them (including all feedings). The report also accommodates scenarios where multiple feed tasks for a single feeding of a ration are handled by different drivers. In such cases, the drivers involved are aggregated into a single field, separated by a '/'. This ensures accurate representation of shared responsibilities while maintaining data clarity and consistency.

Feed> Reports > Driver Delivery Variance Report.

Filters:

Date Range – Start Date & End Date.

Column Information:

• Driver: The name of the driver assigned to
• complete the feed task delivery.
• Ration: The type of ration involved in the delivery.
• Pen: The destination pen where the ration is delivered.
• Date: The delivery date of the feed task.
• Scheduled Amount: The target quantity designated for the feed task, measured in pounds.
• Delivered Amount: The actual quantity delivered during the feed task, measured in pounds.
• Difference (lbs): The variance in pounds between the Scheduled Amount and Delivered Amount.
• Variance (%): The percentage variance between the Scheduled Amount and Delivered Amount.
