Invoice Summary

This report provides a consolidated summary of charges for each lot in a feedlot within a specified date range. It includes details such as the Owner of the Lot and Head Count. The charges covered in this report are Feed Charges, Medicine Charges, Processing Charges, Yardage Charges, Brand & CVI Charges, Miscellaneous Charges, and Miscellaneous Credits. Additionally, the report includes a total for all fields across all lots, summarized in the last row of the report.

Button Location in Feedlot Manager App:

Cattle Management > Lots > Invoice Summary.

Filters:

Date Range – Start Date & End Date.

Column Information:

• Lot: Name of the Lot.
• Owner: Name of the Lot’s Owner.
• Feedlot: Name of the Feedlot.
• Head Days: Total head count for the Lot over the specified date range when yardage charges are applied.
• Feed Charges: Total feed charges for the Lot over the specified date range.
• Medicine Charges: Total treatment or medicine charges for the Lot over the specified date range.
• Processing Charges: Total processing charges for the Lot over the specified date range.
• Brand & CVI Charges: This includes charges for Brand Realizer, Brand Ship, and CVI Ship, representing the total of Brand Realizer, Brand Ship, and CVI Ship charges for the Lot over the specified date range.
• Miscellaneous Charges: Total of all miscellaneous charges for the Lot over the specified date range.
• Miscellaneous Credits: Total of all miscellaneous credits received for the Lot over the specified date range.
• Total: The sum of all charges for each Lot, with miscellaneous credits subtracted, over the specified date range.
